Scope and who is responsible

FarmTable AI Lab, LLC is responsible for personal information handled through this website, direct business communications, public events, class interest lists, and consultation inquiries. This policy does not replace a client agreement, statement of work, or data-processing agreement that applies to a specific engagement.

This website is intended for people in the United States. By using it, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States.

Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, role, areas of interest, project or workflow description, preferred timing and meeting format, messages, marketing choices, and any accessibility request you choose to share. If public class registration opens, we may also collect purchaser and attendee details, class selections, and registration status.

Transaction information may include the amount, date, product or service, payment status, refund status, and processor reference. Payment-card numbers and security codes are entered directly with the payment processor and are not stored by FarmTable.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs. We may receive business contact information from a referral, a scheduling provider, or publicly available professional sources when someone asks us to make contact.

We do not ask for confidential client records, regulated data, account passwords, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or medical information through public website forms. Please do not submit them.

Why we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, understand service fit, provide requested services, administer registrations and waitlists, process and document transactions, send operational notices, provide accessibility arrangements, maintain security, prevent misuse, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

We send marketing email only when you give separate consent. You can unsubscribe through any marketing message or by contacting us. Operational messages about an inquiry, booking, payment, schedule change, or requested service are not marketing messages.

We may use aggregated or deidentified information to understand which pages and offerings are useful. We do not attempt to reidentify information that has been deidentified.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies or similar storage for security, form operation, and session continuity. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled, they are used to understand site performance and broad usage patterns, not to build advertising profiles.

FarmTable does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising and does not place third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential storage may affect a form or secure workflow.

When information is disclosed

We disclose only the information needed to service providers that perform hosting, database, email, scheduling, customer-relationship management, event registration, payment processing, security, analytics, and professional-support functions for us. These providers act under their own terms and, where applicable, contracts that limit their use of the information.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information, sensitive personal information, or biometric data. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not use it to profile people for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

AI and website submissions

Website submissions are handled as business communications. They are not intentionally published, sold, or used to train a public AI model. We may use business-grade tools to help organize or draft work only when their settings and terms are appropriate for the information involved and a person remains responsible for the result.

Do not send confidential datasets, client records, credentials, or regulated information through this website. Data arrangements for client work are defined separately and in writing before access begins.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy, for an active relationship, or to meet legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the record: inquiry and lead records are reviewed after periods of inactivity, marketing records are kept until opt-out plus a limited suppression record, and transaction and contract records may be retained for the legally required period.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or place it beyond active use where immediate deletion from backups is not practical. Client engagement data follows the governing agreement when that agreement sets a different schedule.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of the information, including access controls, managed service providers, encrypted transport, limited permissions, and separation of public forms from client work. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to send online.

Children

The website and services are directed to adults and organizations, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Your privacy choices and Texas rights

You may ask whether we process your personal information, request access or a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw marketing consent, or ask about our disclosure practices by emailing info@farmtable.ai with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit a request when they provide sufficient proof of authority.

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or another applicable law grants a right to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling, you may exercise that right through the same email address. FarmTable does not currently engage in those activities. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing info@farmtable.ai with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and, if an appeal is denied, provide information about contacting the Texas Attorney General where required.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly on this page and, when appropriate, communicated directly.
