Accessibility Statement
Effective: August 27, 2026
Our commitment
FarmTable AI Lab is committed to providing people with disabilities equal access to our website, communications, classes, and services. Accessibility is part of how we design, write, test, and maintain the experience, and reported barriers are treated as defects to investigate and correct.
Our standard and approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our design and testing target. Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification, and conformance with a technical standard may not address every person's needs.
Our approach includes semantic page structure, meaningful headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, zoom and reflow support, labeled form controls, understandable instructions and errors, status messages that assistive technology can detect, reduced-motion support, and alternatives to interactions that depend on a mouse or precise movement.
We combine automated checks with manual review because automated tools alone cannot determine whether a site is fully usable.
Third-party services
Scheduling, registration, payment, video, maps, or other third-party services may have accessibility characteristics outside FarmTable's direct control. When a third-party experience creates a barrier, contact us and we will provide a reasonable alternative that reaches the same practical outcome whenever possible.
Classes, meetings, and the venue
We welcome accommodation requests for in-person and remote experiences. Requests may relate to mobility, seating, vision, hearing, communication, sensory needs, technology, materials, timing, or another access need. Please contact us as early as practical so we can discuss the request and confirm what can be arranged.
The private class venue is in the Light Farms area. Because the exact location is shared only with confirmed attendees, contact us before booking or attendance if you need information about parking, the route to the room, entrances, seating, restrooms, or another physical feature.
Requesting help or reporting a barrier
Email info@farmtable.ai with the subject "Accessibility" and include the page, feature, document, or event involved; what you were trying to do; the assistive technology or browser used, if relevant; and the best way to reach you. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
We will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and provide an estimated response or alternative path as promptly as practical. Accommodation and accessibility information is shared only with people who need it to respond.
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility when adding significant features or content and when a barrier is reported. This statement will be updated when our standards, services, or contact process materially change.
Questions or requests related to this policy may be sent to info@farmtable.ai. FarmTable AI Lab, LLC is a Texas limited liability company.
