Class Participation Terms

Agreement and scope

These terms apply to each person attending a public or private FarmTable class, workshop, cohort, demonstration, or event unless a signed client agreement or event-specific notice states otherwise. A purchaser registering another attendee is responsible for sharing these terms with that attendee.

Public class registration is not currently open. These terms will apply when an attendee accepts a booking or attends an event.

Eligibility and preparation

Public offerings are for adults unless an event expressly states another age requirement and provides the necessary consent process. You are responsible for reviewing prerequisites, bringing the stated equipment, maintaining lawful access to accounts you choose to use, and installing only software you understand and are authorized to use.

FarmTable may decline participation when a prerequisite, age restriction, registration requirement, payment, or required acceptance is not satisfied.

Venue and directions

In-person classes may meet in a private media room in the Light Farms area. Exact directions are provided to confirmed attendees and should not be posted publicly or shared with unregistered guests. Attendees must follow reasonable parking, access, occupancy, property, and safety instructions.

Only registered attendees and approved support persons may enter the class space. Contact us in advance if a disability-related support person or another accommodation affects attendance arrangements.

Respectful participation

Participants are expected to contribute respectfully, allow others room to learn, follow instructor and venue directions, and avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, disruption, unlawful conduct, or unsafe behavior.

FarmTable may pause an activity or remove a participant whose conduct creates a safety risk, materially disrupts the event, infringes another person's rights, or continues after a reasonable instruction to stop. Removal for serious or repeated misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

Your accounts, devices, and data

You control what you enter into an AI tool, website, or class exercise. Do not use client-confidential, regulated, export-controlled, privileged, personally sensitive, or otherwise restricted information unless you have authority and the exercise expressly supports it. Public classes are designed so real sensitive data is unnecessary.

You are responsible for your device, account credentials, software terms, usage charges, backups, and the consequences of changes you make in your own accounts. FarmTable will not ask you to disclose a password. Use test or deidentified material when possible and review output before using it outside class.

Privacy of other participants

Do not copy, publish, or use another participant's personal information, screen, business material, questions, or examples outside the event without that person's permission. A class discussion is not a source of permission to add someone to marketing, train a model on their material, or disclose their business information.

Recording, photography, and publicity

FarmTable will provide advance notice before photographing or recording an event. Being present does not by itself grant permission for marketing use of an identifiable image, voice, quote, or personal story. Marketing use requires the applicable consent.

You may capture your own screen and notes, but you may not record the instructor, room, presentation, or another participant without permission. Recording may be limited to protect privacy, licensed material, and candid discussion.

Materials and permitted use

Unless an event or client agreement says otherwise, class materials are licensed to the registered attendee for personal or internal business use. You may adapt them for your own work, but may not resell them, publish substantial copies, teach a competing course from them, remove ownership notices, or use them to train a commercial model or content library.

You retain ownership of material you bring. You give FarmTable only the limited permission needed to display, discuss, or help edit it during the event at your direction.

Accessibility, health, and safety

Accommodation requests are welcome and may be sent to info@farmtable.ai. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Share enough information for us to understand the barrier and discuss a reasonable arrangement.

Do not attend in person when you are experiencing a contagious illness or when attendance would create an unreasonable safety risk. Contact us as soon as possible; the Cancellation and Refund Policy explains available transfer or credit requests.

Participation involves the ordinary risks of travel, using personal electronic equipment, sitting or moving in a shared space, and choosing to use third-party software. Use reasonable care, follow safety instructions, and tell the instructor promptly about a hazard.

Responsibility and limits

You are responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by your unlawful, reckless, or intentionally harmful conduct. FarmTable is not responsible for loss of an unattended device or other personal property except to the extent caused by FarmTable's conduct and imposed by law.

Educational content and exercises are subject to the disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Use. Nothing in these terms waives a right or limits liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

Questions and event-specific instructions

Questions may be sent to info@farmtable.ai. Reasonable event-specific instructions provided before or during an event are part of these terms when they address the venue, technology, safety, privacy, or format and do not materially reduce a confirmed attendee's rights.
