FarmTable AI Lab

Ways to work with FarmTable

A useful first step should fit the problem.

Learn in a small group, work through one stubborn issue, build a working system, or keep experienced support nearby.

There is no required ladder and no oversized transformation pitch.

Four shapes of support

Choose by the work, not by a consulting package.

01

Classes in development

Learn in the room

Coming soonnot open for booking

Small, practical public classes are taking shape. Dates, prices, and registration will be published only when the experience is ready.

  • Plain-language AI foundations
  • Hands-on practice with familiar work
  • Small-group, in-person learning

02

Focused working session

Work the problem

$1,200 to $2,500typical range

Bring one use case, workflow, reporting issue, or data problem and make it concrete with an experienced practitioner.

  • Map the work as it happens today
  • Inspect data, decisions, handoffs, and risk
  • Identify process and enablement gaps
  • Leave with a recommendation, experiment, or scoped SOW
Start with the problem
03

Scoped prototype or implementation

Build something useful

$4,500 to $15,000typical range

A defined agent, application, automation, data product, or working system built beside the people who will use it.

  • Prove the difficult part before scaling
  • Test against real work and edge cases
  • Create human checks and operating boundaries
  • Transfer the system, documentation, and capability
Discuss a scoped build
04

Ongoing support and advisory

Keep experienced help nearby

$500 to $8,000 monthlytypical range

A right-sized way to keep technical judgment, enablement, and implementation support close without hiring a full team.

  • Office hours or light system support
  • Senior AI, data, and engineering guidance
  • Leadership enablement and decision support
  • A monthly scope with clear boundaries

From interest to a confirmed next step

Scheduling and payment should be boring in the best way.

Scoped client work

Agree on the work before money moves.

Consulting begins with a signed SOW. Deposits and invoices are paid by ACH through Mercury, with Stripe available when card payment is useful.

Bring the problem

Published consulting ranges are guidance, not quotes. The signed SOW controls deliverables, ownership, timing, and price. Travel, third-party software, cloud usage, and unusually complex security requirements are priced separately when applicable.

Not sure where you fit?

Pull up a chair to the FarmTable.

Bring the work as it exists now. FarmTable will suggest a sensible place to begin, including when that answer is training, process optimization, enablement, or no build at all.
